Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging to minimize returns and errors.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping according to safety and postal regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
