Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming shipments efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory software)
- Reliable transportation to Seattle warehouse location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
