Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to SOPs for hazardous material handling when applicable
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (will train if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
