Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from inventory and package them securely for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies to management immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your designated work area clean, organized, and safe at all times by adhering to safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely when certified.
- Load Preparation: Prepare pallets for shipping and load trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and follow written or verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer terminals.
