Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain organized and safety-compliant workstations
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets (120+ units/hour)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Participate in Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory system proficiency
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred for diverse team collaboration
