Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records in digital systems
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
