Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure accuracy and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Unload and load trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents against bills of lading.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
