Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
