Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
