Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on minimizing errors and damage.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license may be required for specific transportation duties.
