Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking/packing with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital inventory tools
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
