Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clients
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
