Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.

- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Verify product conditions and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we provide on-the-job training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including potential overtime and weekend coverage.
