Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for timely shipment to clients
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure OSHA compliance
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Conduct routine quality checks on processed goods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Way facility

- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
