Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming warehouse inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Work flexible shifts and take advantage of available overtime to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
