Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve logistical challenges.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift certification is preferred but not required (training available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
