Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
