Responsibilities
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy of orders, and prepare for storage.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
