Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stock incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracyOperate forklifts and pallet jacks (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Background check and drug test clearance
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends during peak season)
