Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail required.
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands.
