Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks with dock teams
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per OSHA guidelines
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
