Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to priority schedules and customer specifications
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant work areas
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain through company training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including overtime and weekend shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
