Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support loading/unloading operations with dock equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
