Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
- Document warehouse activities using our digital tracking system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- OSHA 10-hour certification (will train if needed)
