Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) with safety compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure workplace safety standards are consistently upheld
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
