Responsibilities
- Handle, sort, and package incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
