Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and sort inbound shipments for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
