Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Collaborate in teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and ergonomic practices
- Support quality control measures for outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
