Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Define the long-term technological vision for Nexus Innovations, aligning R&D with business goals.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, legal, and security to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic chips.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from conception to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
