- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and stakeholder KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Validate prototype concepts through rapid market testing and user-centric design sprints
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in executing innovation pilots
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation velocity and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Management, or equivalent field (MBA preferred)
