Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops to translate future insights into actionable business priorities
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects targeting next-generation sustainable solutions
- Analyze global macroeconomic trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) strongly preferred
