Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, Web3, and climate tech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market adoption potential
- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating workforce automation and digital transformation
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders including CTOs and Chief Strategy Officers
- Build partnerships with academic labs and research institutions to commercialize emerging innovations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with future-focused methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market vision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Strategic Foresight required
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation and innovation governance
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation frameworks implemented with measurable ROI
