Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive AI and Future of Work roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the transition to hybrid and remote-first workforce models using cutting-edge collaboration technologies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends in automation, machine learning, and human-computer interaction.
- Develop ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI implementation to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to drive digital transformation initiatives across all business units.
- Design employee training programs that enhance human capabilities alongside AI tools.
- Measure and report on the impact of strategy initiatives using advanced data analytics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, HR tech, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing AI strategies in large-scale organizational environments.
- Expertise in change management and organizational development principles.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their potential applications in the workplace.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP, or AI Ethics certification) is a plus.
