- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technological roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) for strategic advantage.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for advanced AI deployment.
- Design scalable organizational structures that support hybrid and remote work models.
- Conduct market research to anticipate shifts in the global tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and its business implications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Certification in strategic planning or AI ethics is a plus.
