Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic workforce planning or organizational development
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for productivity and talent management
- Proven track record of scaling remote/distributed teams
- Published thought leadership on future of work trends
- Advanced certification in Organizational Psychology or Technology Strategy
- Experience with metaverse/virtual collaboration platforms
- Data fluency in workforce analytics and predictive modeling
