Responsibilities

- Analyze Macro-Trends: Monitor global economic and technological shifts to predict workforce challenges and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to the C-suite.
- Design the Hybrid Model: Redefine the future of remote and hybrid work, creating frameworks that support a borderless, asynchronous workforce while maintaining company culture.
- Leadership Development: Develop training programs and coaching models to prepare the current workforce for the skills required in 2026 (e.g., AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the chief evangelist for the future of work strategy, gaining buy-in from executives, managers, and employees alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is a strong plus.
