- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward the 2026 vision and operational efficiency.
- Lead workshops and visioning sessions to align stakeholders on the future state of the business.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic operations, business development, or high-level project management.
