- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate operational needs.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul legacy workflows to accommodate scalable, automated solutions expected in the 2026 landscape.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or supply chain leadership with a focus on future trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and implementing long-term strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS operations, data analytics, and emerging tech stacks (AI/ML integration in ops).
