Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and architect the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of scaling to billions of requests.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions and hardware accelerators.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and inference costs for edge deployment.
- Future Tech R&D: Prototype and research upcoming technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum AI interfaces).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and plan for the technological needs of 2026 and beyond.
