Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of handling the data complexity of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Define technical roadmaps for the next-generation neural interfaces and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable, production-ready code.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and bias mitigation across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
