- Talent Cultivation: Mentor a high-performance team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-level AI architecture and R&D leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and align technical strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives to junior developers.
