Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the company's 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with emerging standards.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI models capable of processing next-gen data streams.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into our core stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for AI security and ethical deployment.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging technologies to forecast their viability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize system latency and resource efficiency in cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or C++ with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
