Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as Edge AI, Federated Learning, and Quantum-ready algorithms into existing infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and security in AI environments.
- Conduct technical due diligence on third-party AI APIs and frameworks.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
