Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, robust AI and machine learning architectures that support our long-term product vision.
- Model Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core systems.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to prevent bias and ensure transparency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security teams, and business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
