- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation across all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Cloud & Edge Computing: Architect solutions that leverage the full potential of hybrid cloud and edge computing for real-time data processing.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to refactor legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with modern AI-driven workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems or high-frequency trading platforms.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and improving system performance metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
