Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary quantum-neural network algorithms optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring novel machine learning paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and quantum annealing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into our core product ecosystem.
- Ensure data integrity and ethical AI compliance across all quantum processing pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure sub-millisecond latency in high-stakes environments.
- Patent and publish original research findings in top-tier AI and quantum physics journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
