- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce a comprehensive ethics board to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and safety in all 2026 products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business units.
- Global Innovation Labs: Manage partnerships with leading research institutions to pilot emerging technologies before mass adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy or future-tech development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI models, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
