Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation neural network architectures optimized for 2026 computing standards and quantum integration.
- Lead the integration of advanced quantum algorithms into existing production pipelines and data centers.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability and resilience for future AI model expansion.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement robust defenses against adversarial AI attacks.
- Collaborate closely with product and strategy teams to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI or Physics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar tools).
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote-first environment.
