Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement large-scale generative models capable of handling complex, real-world data streams with zero latency.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Develop advanced prompt strategies that maximize model performance and output fidelity for enterprise clients.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment in line with upcoming 2026 regulations.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Continuously fine-tune foundation models on proprietary datasets to enhance domain-specific accuracy.
- Performance Scaling: Optimize inference pipelines to ensure our models run efficiently on edge devices and cloud infrastructure alike.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in building LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Algorithm Design: Strong understanding of statistical learning, natural language processing (NLP), and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
