Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and future scalability.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex, high-performance distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven infrastructure, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in building scalable APIs.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
